Internormen的旋装式过滤器SPM系列
Internormen的旋装式过滤器旨在为液压系统提供最高的清洁度级别之一,其特点是可以适应市场上许多领先过滤系统的滤芯。
SPM系列过滤器具有以下功能:
1,兼容各种介质,如油,燃料,乳液,乙二醇水和合成液
2,对于SPM120尺寸,墨盒压力为25 bar(350 psi)和20 bar(290 psi)
3,更换滤芯不需要任何工具或设备来优化维护效率
4,可根据要求提供其他配置
Internormen的旋装式过滤器根据ISO 2941,ISO 3723和ISO 2942进行制造和测试。

压降流量曲线:
曲线根据ISO 3968计算,适用于清洁过滤元件。
ΔP随着存在涡流的密度而变化,并且随着层流通量存在下的动态粘度而变化。
曲线适用于密度为0.86 kg /dm3,运动粘度为30mm2/ sec(cSt)(139 SUS)的矿物油。
在选择过滤介质时,请考虑由流速产生的压力损失:
安装在返回管路上的过滤器在0.3-0.5 bar(4,35-7,25 psi)之间。
安装在压力管路上的过滤器在1-1.5 bar(14,5-22 psi)之间。
