Transfluid 恒充式液力偶合器主要用于输送机械
3–防止冲击载荷的传递
1–重启动时释放发动机。
在重载启动和突然运行负载增加时,可防止发动机拖滞。
液力偶合器在平稳地拾取负载时只是打滑。
2–提供平稳驾驶
取消了机械连接;动力和扭矩完全通过流体的质量和速度传递。
其结果是平稳、持续的能量流动,减去了机械驱动导致设备寿命缩短的冲击和应变。
3–防止冲击载荷的传递
液力偶合器通过平滑冲击载荷和防止冲击固体阻力来保护驱动和从动设备。
4–确保阻尼效果
来自发动机的扭转振动被液力偶合器大大减弱,从而延长了整个变速器的寿命。
5–传输全输入扭矩
Transfluid Circuit设计输出扭矩始终等于输入扭矩。
即使在失速时,发动机也能以其最大扭矩转速转动。
6–高径向负载能力
KFBD液压联轴器系列还设计用于需要皮带轮安装的应用,特别是重型应用。
